Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SecurityInfinity AI (the "Service"), operated by SecurityInfinity Inc. ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.
The Service
The Service is a chat application that sends your messages to third-party AI models (currently from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and xAI) through their official APIs and shows you their responses. We are not affiliated with those companies. The models available may change over time.
Accounts
You sign in with a supported third-party account such as Google. You must be at least 18 years old. One person per account; accounts may not be shared or resold.
Free trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial limited to 20 messages per day. No payment details are collected for the trial and you are not charged when it ends. One trial per person.
Unlimited plan and fair use
The Unlimited plan costs $17 per month, billed monthly in advance through Stripe, plus any applicable tax. It renews automatically until you cancel.
- Messages to fast models are unlimited for normal personal use.
- Premium models include 300 messages per calendar month (UTC), resetting on the 1st.
- "Normal personal use" means a person typing and reading messages. Automated or scripted access, bulk generation, reselling access or using one account for several people is not permitted.
- To protect the Service, we apply rate limits and a monthly usage ceiling that normal personal use does not reach. If an account reaches it, we may pause access until the next month and will work with you by email.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then and are not charged again. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, but contact us if something went wrong and we'll make it right.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to break the law, harm others, generate malware, harass anyone, infringe intellectual property, or violate the usage policies of the underlying model providers. We may suspend accounts that do.
AI output
AI responses can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Do not rely on them as professional legal, medical, financial or other advice. You are responsible for how you use the output. As between you and us, you own your inputs and the outputs generated for you.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect. Automatic removal of personal details is a best-effort safeguard and may not catch every piece of sensitive information; avoid sending information you are not comfortable sharing with an AI provider.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects paid subscribers, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before it takes effect.
