Privacy Policy

Last updated October 17, 2026

This policy explains what SecurityInfinity Inc. collects when you use SecurityInfinity AI, how we use it, and your choices.

What we collect

Your messages

We do not store the content of your conversations. Each message passes through our servers, where email addresses, phone numbers, Social Security numbers, card numbers, IP addresses, passwords and API keys are replaced with placeholders. It is then sent through OpenRouter to the model provider you selected (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or xAI). We only route to providers that do not use prompts for training or retain them. The provider's response comes back through our servers to your browser. Conversations exist only in your browser tab.

How we use information

To provide the Service, enforce plan limits, process payments, prevent abuse, answer support requests and measure our advertising. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

With service providers that run the Service on our behalf: Supabase (accounts and database), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), OpenRouter and the model providers (processing messages), and Meta (ad measurement on our marketing pages). Under some U.S. state laws, the Meta Pixel may count as "sharing" for advertising. You can opt out by emailing us or by blocking third-party cookies in your browser.

Retention

Account and usage records are kept while your account is open. Email us to delete your account; we delete your records within 30 days, except billing records we must keep for tax purposes.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and opt out of ad measurement, by emailing support@securityinfinity.com. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
